About
Pierson 319 BLDG
In the early 1900s, 319 N Clinton Avenue was a shoe store owned and operated by a Sweden born (1899) imigrant John Pierson (our namesake) – he literally came to the USA on a boat as an adolescent with his family. He moved to St. Johns as a teenager, worked and lived in 319 BLDG and eventually purchased the shoe store. He proudly raised his family here and served our community for over 50 years.
Pierson 319 BLDG will be carrying on John’s tradition of great community service as an event venue. Where every reservation is important to us, taking great care in preparing for your unique and special gathering.
We will go above and beyond what other venues offer. An event specialist will be available to help in any way we can to make the atmosphere and experience all it can be.
